In a recent blog post I talked about products that I recommend for the Sephora Spring Sale that is coming up this April. The dates have still not been announced as of yet, but the sale typically takes place during the 3rd week of April. During the sale VIB Rouge members will receive 15% off and VIB members will receive 10% off. Overall there are around six products that I am looking into picking up during the sale.
Starting with Fenty Beauty there are two products that I am really interested in picking up. These two products are the Killawatt Chillz Highlighter and the Diamond Milk Gloss Bomb. I have seen both products used and reviewed and they both look so amazing to me. The Chillz highlighter is so gorgeous and not too out there. I really like that it gives you a subtle blue tint to your look. I also love how the Diamond Milk can add a whole other dimension to your lip look. You can wear it alone or wear it layered on top of another lip product.
From Marc Jacobs the Twinkle Pop Stick Eyeshadow in the shade Frannie is something that I have had on my WishList for a while now. I have seen it used as an amazing inner corner highlight. Sometimes inner corner highlights are something that is hard for me to get a lot of intensity with. They usually look quite dull. However, in this video by Michelle Tapia on YouTube she used it as a inner corner highlight and it is stunning!
In the realm of Laneige there are a few things I have been curious about for a long time. I’m not too sure if I am going to pick these items up during the sale however. Most reviews I see online are for Laneige’s skincare and not their makeup. Though their makeup does peak my interest. The two items that I have been leaning towards trying are their BB Cushion Hydra Radiance SPF 50 which I’ve seen worn as a foundation in Tati Westbrook’s video called Best Cushion Foundation Ever???. I am also looking into picking up their Cushion Concealer SPF 37. I haven’t seen many reviews about the concealer but Tati’s video about the foundation made me really want to try it. It looks amazing on her skin and I love that it is hydrating and has SPF in it.
Last but not least is the Drunk Elephant C-Firma Vitamin C Day Serum. This is product has been highly raved about and I like what it claims it will do. I personally have a issue with uneven skin tone and dullness. This product uses an antioxidant complex, essential nutrients, and fruit enzymes that work together to brighten the skin. I’m really interested in giving this product a try since uneven skin tone is something that I have been battling with for some time now.
I hope this list of what I’m looking into getting during the Sephora VIB sale. As well as my other list about my recommendations helps you if you are looking towards getting any of these products. If I do end up picking these up I’ll make a post reviewing what I purchased and I’ll talk about my experience with the products as well.
