B&BW’s Autumn Candles

Here are some of my top picks for candles this season. By far my favorite and the closet to my heart this season has been Sweater Weather. I am in love with this sent and as you can see, I have already burned halfway through this candle before taking photos. The scent of Sweater Weather is Fresh Sage, Juniper Berry, Aromatic Eucalyptus, and Fresh Woods. Leaves smells absolutely delightful the scent of this candle is Crisp Red Apple, Golden Nectar, and Warm Clove Spice. Autumn Woods which has notes of Dark Walnut, English Lavender, and White Amber. With this candle I am slightly scared to light it since I think it will trigger my allergies. But I might take the risk and see what happens. I am allergic to Lavender but didn’t notice that this was a key note within the candle until after getting it home.

I may not be the biggest fan of the mildly sweet to overly sweet-scented autumn candles. However, if you are, I still have a few recommendations for you from Bath & Body works. The two candles that didn’t give me that “this smells like the toffee nut syrup we use in Starbucks smell”. If you’ve worked at Starbucks, I’m sure you know what I mean. If you want an image though picture me a poor barista all alone on shift trying to make drinks upon drink upon drinks. (Even if you are working with others this happens.) When you go to pump the syrup there tends to be back splash and it will just get on you. The worst place to get it is on the inner part of your elbow then its sticky all day. But, the candles that I thought smelled nice and didn’t give me terrible flash backs were Marshmallow  Fireside and Hot Coco & Cream. These two gave off pleasing smells without the sickly sent. They both also really smelled like what the name implies.

As you can see in the pictures, I did end up picking up a few more after I made this draft! I also picked up Flannel and another Sweater Weather. I’ve already burned through my first one like it was nothing. It’s defiantly my top pick for the season and the collection.
